The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.

Our invoices are payable immediately, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Impact Access reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Impact Access will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.

If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Impact Access reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.

Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Impact Access become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Impact Access in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.

Impact Access undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Impact Access cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
- Customer representative shall sign and date with contact details to accept a quote and/or invoice terms and conditions.
- Customer representative agrees that any contract and/or purchase order consummated between customer and Impact Access Inc. includes the provisions contained herein.
- Products can increase in cost dependent upon manufacturer and government tariffs and Impact Access Inc. accepts no responsibility on any increased
- cost.
- Any manufacturer and/or tariff cost and/or shipping cost increase shall be passed to the customer for agreement and non acceptance from customer of cost increase shall void any received customer purchase order.
- Customer accepts to add their own insurance on product shipments including any loss, stolen or damaged products received when purchase order is issued.
- Any online content remains copyright protected by Impact Access,Inc.
- Current and future orders are now shipped on a “Cash Before Shipment” basis.
- Impact Access Inc. reserves the right to cancel any PO.
- Mobilization fees shall be charged for customer PO bookings that are cancelled.
- For rope access or working at height training client customer shall sign to agree that the host training area meets regulatory body host standards.
- This quote/invoice if signed by customer accepts terms and conditions and/or ,a customer PO shall confirm of terms and conditions of this quote/invoice.
- Customer representative shall sign and date quote/invoice prompt box with contact details to accept this quote and/or invoice terms and conditions.Customer representative agrees that any contract and/or purchase order consummated between customer and Impact Access Inc. includes the provisions contained herein.
